on trees of holly:

Kristin Lynn Golden, born in 1989, is a painter whose work explores her spiritual connection with nature, particularly the ocean and celestial bodies. Her process is one of mindful open-endedness, allowing her heart to guide her hand. Blending abstract gestures with recognizable imagery, she creates dreamlike, atmospheric pieces that evoke both serenity and the profound power of nature. Her work often focuses on the interplay of light and water, capturing the ethereal qualities of dawn and night reflections. Kristin's intention is to share her personal experience of nature's healing presence, inviting viewers to connect with the transcendent beauty she observes. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Maine, and previously studied Painting at Virginia Commonwealth University.
